The questions everyone asks.
How often should I come in?
For a specific problem area, every one to two weeks until it settles, then monthly. For general stress, once a month keeps most people ahead of it.
Do you accept insurance or HSA/FSA?
Massage here is not billed to insurance. Many HSA/FSA cards are accepted when your provider allows it — bring a letter of medical necessity if your plan requires one.
Is deep tissue supposed to hurt?
No. Effective deep work sits at a pressure you can still breathe through. Anything sharper than that and we back off.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free to reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours, half the session rate applies — life happens, so just tell me.
