How fast will I hear back?
Within one business hour, Mon–Sat 9–5. Requests sent overnight get answered first thing the next morning.
Can I book same-day?
Often yes, especially mid-week. Calling or texting is faster than the form for same-day openings.
What if I need to cancel?
Reschedule free up to 24 hours out. Inside that window, half the session rate applies.
Is there anything that would stop me being seen?
Fever, contagious illness, new unexplained pain, or a recent injury without clearance. Call and Jenn will tell you honestly whether to come in.
